Display Tables are available in the Prefunction area for displays and should be reserved in advance. Contact Meadhbh meadhbh_beanolc at comcast.net for room and display table reservations. First come, first served.
The Tilden room will be scheduled for sewing. Some first floor conference rooms are available for vigils, first come, first served. Contact Anastacia of Warwick stempleman at astound.net for arrangements.
The following rooms are available to reserve in 1 to 2 hour increments:
The Baldwin room (next to the Kasbah until 6 pm)
Executive Board Room (has permanent tables and chairs) between 9 and 12:30 a.m.

The hotel is opening for lunch service on Saturday for a Spaghetti Buffet between 12:30 and 2:00 pm. Salad, spaghetti, meat ball sauce or vegetarian sauce, and soft drink will be $12.50. If you're interested, please make a lunch reservation. This will help with staffing, food quantities, and hopefully eliminate or keep the line short.
I'd also recommend making dinner reservations if you're planning on eating dinner there. Again, advance reservations help with staffing levels. You can make dining reservations starting now.
The hotel also has a Starbucks Kiosk in the lobby. Please be advised that it does not take Starbucks cards.
If you're interested in going offsite to eat, the Willows Shopping Center is a short walk across the street. They have lots of different restaurants, including the ClaimJumper, El Torito, Fudruckers, Benihana and more."
*No alcohol which was not purchased at the hotel may be brought into the public rooms. There is a bar in the Lobby and in the restaurant. An extra bar will be set up from 6pm-midnight near the feast hall.
Please clean up your feast area when you are done.
